3ZZZ FM 92.3 is Melbourne’s largest ethnic community radio station, broadcasting since 1989. Operating on 92.3 FM and DAB+ digital radio, it serves as a vital platform for Melbourne’s diverse cultural communities. The station is owned by the Ethnic Public Broadcasting Association of Victoria Ltd. (EPBAV). With over 400 volunteers, 3ZZZ broadcasts in more than 60 languages, including Arabic, Greek, Mandarin, Punjabi, and Vietnamese. It is estimated that over 400,000 people listen to 3ZZZ every week
